Offploy Justice Personnel Celebrate First Client - MK College

As part of their recently launched outreach project, Offploy Justice Personnel has teamed up with Milton Keynes College as their first client. Milton Keynes College works with around 31,000 offender learners across twenty-eight prisons in the UK. As leaders in the Offender's Learning and Skills Service, they have placed 164 of their candidates into work. Offploy has pledged to support 250 ex-offenders into employment by 2019.

As part of their recently launched outreach project, Offploy Justice Personnel has teamed up with Milton Keynes College as their first client.

Milton Keynes College works with around 31,000 offender learners across twenty-eight prisons in the UK. As leaders in the Offender's Learning and Skills Service, they have placed 164 of their candidates into work. Offploy has pledged to support 250 ex-offenders into employment by 2019.

Offploy Justice Personnel focuses entirely on employing staff within the criminal justice sector and pledges to reinvest 100% of its profits into further supporting the cause. The new initiative received a huge amount of support online, as it directly addressed the lack of investment in the area.

Jacob Hill, Offploy’s Managing Director, commented, "I am proud to be working in partnership with Milton Keynes College, an organisation which has supported Offploy from the beginning. We will simultaneously fulfil their staffing needs whilst reinvesting the placement fee to support their residents into employment."

Jacob added, "The best thing about the project is, the more staff we supply into the criminal justice sector, the more ex-offenders we can support into employment.”

Milton Keynes College’s Recruitment manager, Nicky Palmer-Trew, also commented on the newly acquired partnership. "What makes this partnership work is that we have a common goal. Offploy recognises the importance of supplying high quality education professionals to our education departments, and they have the same drive and passion for offender learning as we do. They just get it!"
